It’s all about the music. In records, singles, cassettes, eight-tracks, videos.I’ve been listening to music for over 35 years so I decided to put some of it together on this webpage. It came in all shapes and manners, records, eight-tracks, cassettes, the radio stations where I was living, the records stores, large, small and unknown I would frequent.
On  The Turntable Jukebox Playlist Page you can scroll through the webpage and listen to all the content. As new music is added to the page it will be accessible here. Remember to scroll left and right at the bottom of the page. All of the website content will be available on this page.
On the Blues Page, I’ll be looking at classic American Blues artists from the 20th century. I have a strong interest on Rural Mississippi Delta Blues and from there we’ll expand geographically throughout the United States and outside, back to Africa and Europe.

On the Glitter Glam Rock Page we’ll listen to the style of rock and pop music that developed in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s performed by musicians who wore outrageous costumes, makeup, and hairstyles, particularly platform shoes and glitter. The flamboyant clothing and visual styles of performers were often camp or androgynous, and have been described as playing with nontraditional gender roles.

On the Spoken Word & Poetry Page  I’ll be looking at the concept of Spoken Word in poetry and speaking. Spoken word is an oral art that focuses on the aesthetics of word play and intonation and voice inflection.
